In a well-planned exploratory trip, Arne traveled on a fact-finding expedition by train, bus and car from Shanghai across China, Central Asia, and the Caucasus to Istanbul to map infrastructure developments, logistics clusters, and the geopolitical landscape along One Belt One Road – or the New Silk Road as it is also called, which China now develops. As a geopolitical analyst, he brings a unique combination of an experienced practitioner and strategic advisor. Arne is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society of London, and he maintains close dialogue with a vast network of insightful contacts in academia, business, diplomacy, and governments.

Mr. Corneliussen is host and anchor on Global Horizon, NRCI´s YouTube Channel, where he provides three regular video series: Asian Horizon, African Horizon, and Geopolitical Horizon.  He is the program chair, conference host, keynote speaker and moderator for Norwegian Risk Forum, NRCI’s annual geopolitical conference, which examines geopolitical risks and business opportunities worldwide.
