John Crisp is the director of product strategy and development at kACE. kACE provides derivatives trading solutions spanning price formation, automated client price distribution, liquidity access, risk management, post-trade processing and connectivity.

John has over 20 years’ experience in FX derivatives product management at kACE. He led product innovation including an FX options e-commerce platform in the early 2000s, building FX options liquidity workflow solutions and the integration of an FX forwards, NDFs and Rates derivatives platform into the business in the 2010s. Most recently he has produced workflow and connectivity solutions for automated hedging of end-client FX options flows. During that time kACE has serviced over 500 clients across more than 40 countries world-wide. John was based in Tokyo for three years, defining and delivering customised product strategy for the Asia Pacific region.

He holds a BA in mathematics from Cambridge University.

Travis Batty is a Senior Counsel in Deutsche Bank's Global Equities Legal Department with primary legal coverage of the firm's US structured note, index-linked insurance, proprietary index and related equity derivatives businesses. Mr. Batty is also a co-chair of the Global Deutsche Bank Structured Products Legal Working Group. Before joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Batty spent over 9 years in the Capital Markets practice at Sidley Austin LLP in New York.
