Kevin is a Managing Director, Investments. He serves as the Head of Investment Insights and helps to lead the  Executive Management team overseeing the firm's institutional asset management activities. Leveraging his deep industry contacts and over two decades of experience across traditional finance and digital assets, he works closely with the wider investment and technical development teams ensuring uncovered investment strategies are well supported and commercialized. Kevin was formerly the Head of Digital Asset Management and CIO of a two proprietary digital asset hedge funds since late 2017. He has over 5 years experience within the digital asset space, including being an early investor in Bitcoin since 2016.

He has an established institutional Fixed Income track record of advising institutional clients, including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, corporates and private bank asset allocator advisors. He has worked with the most internationally recognized asset management companies, including PIMCO, Fidelity International, BNP Paribas across London and Hong Kong. He has experience of asset allocation, debt capital markets, including Global Bonds, EM Debt and Asia Credit, FX markets and Venture Capital.

Previously, he has been a mentor to the Cyberport Incubator Fund, helping start-ups with strategic and technology advisory. He has made various partner investments across blockchain, digital assets, e-Sports, FinTech, Fitness and Wellness and Technical Education among various other early-stage projects.

Javier Tamashiro

Javier Tamashiro is the Co-founder and CEO of Ospree, a one-stop digital asset compliance platform that allows companies to quickly implement and manage their key Anti Money Laundering compliance requirements. His clients include asset managers, banks, and other financial institutions across Asia, Europe and Oceania. He is a contributing author to “The RegTech Book” and has been involved in blockchain projects since 2014. Javier holds a MSc. in Engineering from the University of Tokyo and was a visiting scholar at the Intelligent Behaviour Understanding Group at Imperial College London.

Errol Bong

Errol has worked as Global Head of Compliance & Legal Counsel, APAC Head of Compliance & Legal and Legal Director at top tier investment banks, securities brokers, fund managers and listed blue chip corporates in Hong Kong. Prior to working at financial institutions, Errol worked at magic circle law firms in London and Sydney. Errol has managed Compliance teams, partnered with Chief Operating Officers to successfully execute MIFIDII & Brexit Compliance programs, addressed MAS & ASIC inspections, conducted internal anti-bribery investigations, established KYC, AML & anti-bribery policies and delivered IT solutions to implement AML & KYC programs. He has also organised the media strategy for responding to bribery allegations. He is a leading speaker at conferences organised by Asia Risk & International Financial Law Review and asked for his views in GC Magazine - The Legal 500. Errol is currently advising and leading Uncleared Margin Projects impacting OTC derivatives documented under ISDA terms at leading Australian funds"

Daniel Lai

Senior Lawyer in the crypto industry

Daniel is a senior lawyer in the crypto industry, with experience in payments, investment banking, and corporate finance. He was formerly a VP, Regulatory and Product Counsel with Crypto.com and also Head of Legal at Airwallex, where he worked with business to assess various business models & product configurations, how they mapped onto the regulatory landscape, identified areas of regulatory uncertainty and crafted customized business expansion and go-to-market strategies. Before he entered the crypto and payments space, he was Vice President and Legal Counsel with Credit Suisse’s Investment Banking and Capital Markets division and also worked at law firms such as Freshfields and O’Melveny.  In these roles, he advised companies and financial institutions on corporate finance transactions and undertook general corporate legal advisory work.  Daniel obtained his B.A. (in Economics and Rhetoric) at U.C. Berkeley, an M.A. (in East Asian Languages and Cultures) at Columbia University, and a Juris Doctor at Tulane University.

Previously, he worked at Deutsche Bank in Sydney and HK, Goldman Sachs in London, in the Prime Brokerage Sales and Capital Introduction teams covering Global Hedge Funds, Asset Managers and Institutional Allocators. After leaving Traditional Finance, he was Head of Prime Sales and Capital Introduction at OSL, Asia's first and only SFC licensed digital asset platform, seeing first hand the Institutional and Corporate adoption of Bitcoin and digital assets.

Max Song is cofounder of the world’s largest sustainability standard for Bitcoin: www.sustainablebtc.org/ to drive institutional adoption, and Carbonbase (carbonbase.co), a HK based climate tech startup leveraging data science and blockchain for enterprise solutions for measuring, managing and reducing carbon emissions. Previously, he worked in investments for HK family offices, where he invested in TMT, AI, blockchain, and healthcare. He worked as a data scientist in Silicon Valley for Ayasdi, where he helped with data analysis applications for finance, biotech and healthcare. He received a Masters degree from Schwarzman College, Tsinghua University, and Bachelor of Science from Brown University, where he majored in Applied Math. He is passionate about mobilizing the capabilities of technology and finance to realize the promises of UN Sustainable Development Goals. He is a recipient of the 2021 Generation T Tatler List, and a 2021 Forbes 30U30 recipient.

Raine Renaldi known as Raine is a young man who is currently the President of the ID-OPENTECH Group and CEO of PT. Global Digital Opentrip. Being a director since young age (27 years) Raine has succeeded in getting himself involved in various kinds of businesses both domestic and international. Having experience in digital world since 2009, he co-founded KSI (Koperasi Syariah Digital Indonesia) in 2018 with high -ranking Banking and Financial Institutions in Indonesia, and became the forerunner of the PAYAGO Syariah platform in collaboration with Korea Fintech company, so that it can be used in ASIA and Saudi Arabia, this platform is predicted to become the largest SHARIA BANKING PLATDFORM in Indonesia.
